PPS Power Plant Needle Punched Felts

Description

While power generation industries today are moving towards cleaner energies, the majority of plants that still rely on the combustion of fossil fuels require stringent filtration. Resultant flue gases that contain harmful chemicals should be filtered before their consequent release into our atmosphere. Our PPS needle punched felts adhere to high manufacturing standards to ensure your environmental requirements are consistently met.

The acid and alkali resistance of PPS needle punched felt is Excellent. Meanwhile, PPS Power plant needle punched felt material does not burn, neither does it support burning. The temperature resistance is up to 200℃ (392℉). The resistance to oxidation is poor. So the working environment requires the oxygen content less than 14%（Vol.), and the oxynitride content is less than 600mg/Nm³. The higher oxygen contents the lower working temperature.

PPS power plant needle punched felt advantage : 

1. Long operating temperature 160 °C, short operating temperature 190 °C, Melting point 285 °C, Limiting oxygen index 34 ~ 35.
